Job Description

200 person finance firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks a friendly and professional Receptionist, This is a long term temporary role, onsite Monday-Friday. Hours 8.30am – 5pm.

Pay rate – $25-30/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and professional first impression for all guests.
  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate location.
  • Pre-register guests with building lobby security system and internal reservation system
  • Ensure the efficient and seamless scheduling and preparation of conference rooms for executives and guests.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar front desk role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional and engaging attitude
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
