Job Description
- Support a team of recruiters with all administrative duties.
- Partner effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure candidate interviews are scheduled quickly and efficiently.
- Manage all related logistics, scheduling conference or interview rooms, candidate travel if required, itinerary finalization and distribution, collecting feedback forms, etc.
- Effectively manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are well informed.
- Touch base periodically with candidates to answer questions and keep them engaged.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including background check and necessary paperwork.
- Monitor candidate progress throughout onboarding and ensure deadlines are met.
- Confirm ATS system information and data entry is up to date.
- Partner with recruiting team to arrange on and off-campus hiring events.
- Other assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or human resource coordination experience, preferably out of a corporate or healthcare environment
- Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts, practices and procedures
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday a plus)
