A leading design-build contractor in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project execution, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall job performance.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Superintendents and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor agreements, and material logistics.
• Utilize construction management software, including Procore, to track project progress.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of design-build project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
