Biotech in MA looking to hire an Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology
The ideal candidate has expertise in clinical pharmacology, PK/PD, and data interpretation, with strong analytical and communication skills. The ability to work independently in a matrixed environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacology guidance to project teams.
- Lead analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical pharmacology data.
- Conduct PK and PK/PD analyses to inform clinical development.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., IND, CTA, NDA).
- Develop clinical protocols, study reports, and regulatory documents.
- Collaborate across research, bioanalytics, clinical, and regulatory functions.
- Prepare abstracts and manuscripts for publication.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Pharm.D. in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in clinical pharmacology, PK/PD, and modeling/simulation.
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in pharmacokinetic software (e.g., WinNonlin, R, NONMEM).
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
