Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a fully remote Marketing Manager to cover a temporary 7 month parental leave. This person can be based anywhere in the US and they are paying up to 80/hr.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Marketing

  • Develop and manage a content plan and calendar for the US, delivering key messages to targeted audiences.
  • Lead quarterly editorial board meetings for global content planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, collaborating with internal teams for support and driving initiatives.
  • Create, track, and analyze reports for ongoing and future campaign development.

Digital

  • Manage the relationship with a social media agency to oversee both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Coordinate email-based prospecting campaigns across all sectors.
  • Collaborate across sectors to define audience parameters and develop tailored content for paid digital advertisements.
  • Lead internal communications to enhance employee engagement with Permira’s LinkedIn content.
  • Oversee video production project management, including onsite involvement during US shoots.
  • Contribute to the ongoing update of the website by supplying relevant information for US portfolio companies.

Sponsorship & Events

  • Assist in sourcing and organizing sponsorship opportunities, creating the necessary materials for these events.
  • Support the Events team in organizing and executing US-based events.

  • Strong professionalism with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills is essential.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key priorities.

EXPERIENCE

  • A degree-qualified individual with prior experience in a similar role or organization, such as an alternative asset management, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Experience with website CMS systems, PowerPoint, Excel
