We are seeking a Senior Estimator for a well-established and growing design-build general contractor in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for an experienced preconstruction professional with strong conceptual estimating skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction and estimating process for commercial and light industrial projects.
• Develop accurate conceptual and detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure competitive and comprehensive proposals.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and market conditions to determine costs and risks.
