Job Description

Non profit organization in Midtown Manhattan seeks a long term temporary Receptionist.

Onsite Monday-Friday

Hours 8:30am-5.30pm

Pay $28-32/hr

Job Duties: 

  • Perform front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, transferring calls, maintaining schedules and office calendar
  • Manage conference room calendar
  • Ensure common area cleanliness, sorting mail, faxing paperwork etc.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by communicating any client requests to the appropriate team member 
  • Screen calls and transfer them to the designated person 
  • Accept deliveries from FedEx, UPS, and Amazon, and deliver to appropriate departments 
  • Coordinate all food deliveries
