Job Description
Key responsibilities:
· Manage contracting of Scientific Communications vendors and consultants according to company policies and systems requirements
· Maintain Scientific Communications team data across financial request and reporting systems
· Monitor Medical Affair new hires’ progress through onboarding programs
· Manage vendor onboarding across the Scientific Communications team
· Maintain records and documents across the use of a learning management system, publications system, cloud-based storage, virtual events, and live events
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, authors, organizations, and vendors during review processes
· Aid in scheduling of internal and external meetings across the Scientific Communications team
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives
· Support other operational activities, as assigned
Experience:
· 1-2 years as a project manager, account coordinator, program specialist, or similar role
· Demonstrated ability to work successful in a remote setting
Ideal Candidate Skills and Characteristics:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Expert level use of Microsoft Outlook
· Experience using Smartsheets
· Experience using Microsoft Co-Pilot or similar AI software
· Experience using Microsoft Bookings a plus
· Experience using CyberGrants, PubStrat, DataVision software a plus
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Proactive with the ability to work independently
· High emotional intelligence
· Energized by the client values
License/Certificate:
· PMP or other Project Management certification a plus
Education:
· Bachelors degree; candidates with associate degrees may be considered based on level of experience.
