    Global fintech firm seeks a Senior Marketing Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B firm and will have experience launching a product globally.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business objectives with tailored marketing strategies across key regions, products, and customer segments.
  • Develop and implement product positioning, segmentation, and communication strategies, gaining stakeholder support.
  • Lead and inspire a team to design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that surpass performance targets.
  • Work with central teams to create regional strategies for SMB customer acquisition and enterprise client expansion.
  • Adapt go-to-market plans for both new and existing products to meet local market needs.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and partner marketing for both SMBs and enterprise customers.
  • Ensure regional marketing initiatives reflect Payoneer’s global brand, enhancing NPS and brand visibility.
  • Represent SMB and enterprise customer needs, crafting targeted marketing strategies that resonate with their challenges.
  • Optimize sales and marketing KPIs, refining customer lifecycle management to boost conversion rates.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, tracking ROI to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, collaborating with customers and partners throughout.

Skills & Experience:

  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in tech or fintech.
  • Proven success in SMB and enterprise marketing with a focus on payments or fintech.
  • Strong track record in developing global marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong relationship builder, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
