Responsibilities:
- Grant Management: Oversee the financial administration of grants, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.
- Claims Processing: Manage and process claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to funders.
- Audit Coordination: Prepare for and coordinate audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and accurate.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with grant terms.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of grant accounts to ensure accurate tracking of funds.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with organizational policies, funder requirements, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims and audit, working with multiple funders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
