Job Description: Licensed Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Architect with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing projects independently, meeting with clients, and overseeing all aspects of architectural design and production. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including industrial, church, fire stations, city halls, public and private work, and retail buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Meet with clients and city officials to discuss project requirements and progress.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD proficiency is acceptable).
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide high-level production support and ensure the quality of architectural designs.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software; AutoCAD experience is essential.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Local experience and familiarity with regional building codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff members.
