Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
- Pay regular visits to properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Select tenants through interviews and thorough background checks
- Maintain resident satisfaction and address any complaints or issues
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
- Communicate regularly with all necessary employees, lenders, property owners, and financial partners as necessary
- Guarantee the on-site staff is properly trained
- Prepare the quarterly budget and report on financial performance regularly
- Ensure monthly occupancy goals are met
- Maintain all records, correspondence, and files as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years experience in property management
- CPM, RPA, or RAM designation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving
- Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
