Quality Control Superintendent – Electrical Construction, Cincinnati

We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in electrical construction, quality assurance, and field supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce quality control standards on all electrical construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets contract specifications, codes, and industry best practices.
• Develop and manage punch lists, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution of deficiencies.
• Work closely with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Review and verify installation methods, material compliance, and workmanship.
• Document and report quality issues, coordinating corrective actions with project stakeholders.
• Assist in training and mentoring field staff on quality control best practices.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and company-specific safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on quality control or field supervision.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with punch list management and quality assurance documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with field teams and project managers.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.
