Job Description

Title: Digital Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives
  • Prioritize features based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Serve as the primary liaison between design, UX/UI, engineering teams, and clients
  • Guide product decisions with expertise in Azure, AWS, Microsoft .NET, microservices, and web development
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, collaborating with engineers for implementation
  • Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Manage workflows and track project progress using Jira
  • Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and standards, even without a healthcare background
  • Monitor product performance metrics, refining and optimizing based on user feedback and data-driven insights

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in product or project management, with a focus on technical digital solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Technical Skills:

  • Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET, microservices architecture, and web development
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Jira for project tracking
