Job Description
Title: Digital Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives
- Prioritize features based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Serve as the primary liaison between design, UX/UI, engineering teams, and clients
- Guide product decisions with expertise in Azure, AWS, Microsoft .NET, microservices, and web development
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, collaborating with engineers for implementation
- Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Manage workflows and track project progress using Jira
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and standards, even without a healthcare background
- Monitor product performance metrics, refining and optimizing based on user feedback and data-driven insights
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in product or project management, with a focus on technical digital solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills:
- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with Microsoft .NET, microservices architecture, and web development
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Jira for project tracking
