Job Description

CLO Operations Analyst

Our client is hiring a CLO Operations Analyst to support a growing platform. The role involves collaborating with the investment team to manage various CLO structures, including BSL, Middle Market, and Revolver CLOs. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional seeking to expand their expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid schedule – 2-3 days a week in the office!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CLO lifecycle from warehouse to discharge.
  • Interpret and apply CLO Indenture/Warehouse agreements.
  • Coordinate with administrators and trustees on trade events and cash reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly reporting and waterfall reconciliations.
  • Conduct CLO accounting research, metric calculations, and hypothetical trading.
  • Manage CLO warehouse calculations and loan tie-outs.
  • Support portfolio managers and trading desks with trade booking and allocations.
  • Execute portfolio optimization and risk management projects.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Loan or CLO Operations (Hedge Fund, Trustee, Advisory, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution.
  • Experience with loan closing, WSO, or ClearPar (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of WSOWeb, WSO Compliance, Sentry Compliance, Allvue, Everest, IVP, or LevPro (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
