Job Description

Tile: Sr. Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with pre-sale and post-sale process development for tax provision and workpaper software
  • Develop and refine client onboarding content and best practice materials, including:
    • Detailed user guides and topic-specific instructional content
    • Software best practices documentation
    • Case studies (basic, intermediate, advanced) with materials and recorded walkthroughs
    • FAQs, help articles, and onboarding/training presentations
    • Video learning series and advanced tax functionality tutorials
  • Research corporate tax issues that impact product development and tax technology initiatives
  • Ensure best practices in tax software implementation and contribute to optimizing user experience

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of corporate tax experience (either in-house or at a CPA firm)
  • 2+ years of experience in a software development environment a plus

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate income tax principles and tax software implementation
  • Experience creating technical tax content, guides, and training materials
  • Ability to analyze and interpret tax issues related to software functionality
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, tax technology best practices, and client training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
