Title: Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual designs for both print and digital platforms based on creative briefs
• Create and refine illustrations, infographics, typography, and layouts to enhance visual storytelling
• Apply UX/UI design principles to craft engaging digital experiences across web and mobile applications
• Ensure brand consistency across client materials and marketing assets
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and version control for seamless workflow management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, developers, and copywriters
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain innovation and creativity
• Work with external vendors (printers, photographers, illustrators, etc.) to ensure high-quality production
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital design, branding, and UX/UI

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles
• Ability to create detailed illustrations and original drawings is a plus

Other Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and brand integrity
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare or scientific design is a plus
