Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with a focus on leadership and team management
- Prior experience in financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in an accounting/finance environment
- Experience developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
