Position Description:
Responsible for the technical aspects of student record management.
The Technical Registrar/Data Support Analyst position is responsible for providing analytical support as well as regulatory compliance and reporting. There is a strong emphasis on data integrity, compliance reporting, and support of registration activities.
Responsibilities:
● Work collaboratively with the Manager of Business Systems and Data (GSE) to plan and support the student registration process, including: student account creation; checklist setup, maintenance, and assignment; course setup; calendar rollovers; creating registration and add/drop schedules; tuition code setups; communications and waitlist configuration.
● Create and assign IMP and Fieldwork sections and move students into those sections as determined by the program director.
● Maintain Advisory Groups.
● Responsible for creation and updates to degree audit configurations, and assigning to new students.
● Responsible for all internal and ad-hoc report requests as they relate to the Student Information Systems (SIS), including enrollment reports, roster list generation.
● Create new forms and push page templates for graduate school registration processes.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience

● Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
● Strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
● Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) and registration processes
