Job Description

Responsibilities Include

  • Preparing and drafting legal documents.
  • Assisting attorneys with negotiating and documenting client contracts and third-party vendor/supply chain agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and helping prepare internal policies and training materials.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and escalating risks and concerns as needed.
  • Managing ongoing client and supply chain contracting processes to meet deadlines.
  • Developing and maintaining a legal document system and assisting with migrating documents to related technology platforms.
  • Handling daily tasks, including monitoring and maintaining playbooks, contract trackers, agendas, and document processing tasks.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven record of strong academic performance.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in a relevant foreign language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF Pro.
  • Must have work authorization in the United States
