Job Description

Title: Project Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Analyze project data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries using PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and manage scheduling for meetings and webinars.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities within projects, providing recommendations to mitigate challenges.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and training programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related queries and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams for collaboration, file management, and communication.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks related to HR project management.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within HR.
  • Project Management or HR Certification (PMP, CAPM, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration, file organization, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to develop playbooks and toolkits for HR presentations and initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and budgeting tools is a plus.
