Job Description

Title: Office Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, transferring and relaying messages to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide recruiting support, including conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and following an interview script for in-person meetings.
  • Collect, scan, and track onboarding credentials for caregivers, ensuring all required documents are gathered per compliance regulations.
  • Maintain and upload records into SharePoint, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Support caregiver onboarding, confirming necessary credentials are in place.
  • Assist with call center duties, entering call notes and supporting other departments as needed.
  • Follow up with potential caregiver candidates to ensure timely pre-screening and hiring processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal staff to ensure all business operations are running smoothly.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and managing office logistics.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of office administration, recruiting, or customer service experience.
  • Experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with SharePoint and cloud-based platforms preferred.
