Job Description
Title: Office Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, transferring and relaying messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide recruiting support, including conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and following an interview script for in-person meetings.
- Collect, scan, and track onboarding credentials for caregivers, ensuring all required documents are gathered per compliance regulations.
- Maintain and upload records into SharePoint, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support caregiver onboarding, confirming necessary credentials are in place.
- Assist with call center duties, entering call notes and supporting other departments as needed.
- Follow up with potential caregiver candidates to ensure timely pre-screening and hiring processes.
- Maintain strong communication with internal staff to ensure all business operations are running smoothly.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and managing office logistics.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of office administration, recruiting, or customer service experience.
- Experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint and cloud-based platforms preferred.
