Job Description

Title: Scanner

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan paper files for indexing by the Director.
  • Ensure accurate digital document organization and proper labeling.
  • Box up physical files for secure storage and coordinate shipment to Iron Mountain.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive documents.
  • Work efficiently to complete the project within the designated timeframe.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with document scanning and indexing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize large volumes of paperwork.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, repetitive task environment.
  • Ability to lift and move file boxes as needed.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.
