Pricing/Valuations

Responsibilities:

• Review investment valuations for Private Credit funds, including Private Equities, Real Estate, CLOs, and ABS.
• Conduct valuations as part of the monthly and quarterly portfolio valuation process.
• Oversee the valuation function, collaborating with various teams and third-party firms.
• Perform research and analysis projects, including market and industry analysis.
• Contribute to investment operations initiatives and other ad hoc projects.
• Ensure all valuations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present valuation reports in committee meetings.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in credit valuation, preferably within valuation/appraisal, Big 4 firms, or financial advisory services.
• Strong financial modeling experience, including waterfall cash flows.
• Experience assessing creditworthiness of borrowers, including financial statement analysis and cash flow projections.
