A leading commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across retail, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that arise.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and construction scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
