Location: South Bend, Indiana

Type: Full-Time

We're partnering with a reputable and well-established Midwest-based General Contractor that is growing its team in South Bend, Indiana. This is a unique opportunity to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, managing budgets, and delivering successful outcomes.

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of construction, managing teams of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure project success.

Budget Oversight: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, identifying opportunities to manage costs without compromising quality.

Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and proactively addressing potential delays.

Quality & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all project phases.

Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget effectively.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

🔹 5+ years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, successfully managing commercial or institutional projects.

🔹 Proficiency with project management software (Procore preferred).

🔹 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

🔹 Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities while keeping projects on track.
