Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing wire payments
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
- Preparing monthly account receivable and loan statements
- Maintaining customer, vendor, deal, and employee information in the ERP system
- Maintaining allocations in the ERP system
- File Form 1099’s
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
- Highly organized, mature, and professional individual.
