Job Description

Investment firm near Norwalk, CT seeks an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative support, particularly in finance or related fields.

Fully Onsite

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Base Salary: $100-120K with bonus eligibility

Experience:

  • Manage complex calendars for senior leadership, arranging and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Organize international and domestic travel, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and handling all travel-related logistics.
  • Assist with expense reporting for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on receipts and expenditures.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, both internal and external, including managing logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with HR for scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain clear communication with the team, sending reminders and updates to keep everything on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a few years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in finance, law, or similar industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
