Project Management

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee initiatives within our Capital Markets division. This role will be responsible for managing projects related to trading, risk management, and investment strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for capital markets initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, risk management, and compliance, to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for project management within the capital markets context.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience in capital markets or financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets operations, trading processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with strong communication skills.
