Chief Nursing Officer

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Leading and communicating with the team in the planning and implementation of care and thorough documentation of the same in the EMR 
• Medication administration through all routes, including G-tube and IVs, trach care, and suctioning 
• Responding and reacting timely and according to the protocol to prevent re-hospitalizations and potential emergency situations 
• Responding efficiently and calmly to initiate the rapid response or emergency response team, as appropriate 
• Handling other duties, as needed  

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of Nursing experience 
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• Proficiency in Wound Care, Ostomy Care, Foley Catheter Insertion, and Care 
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills  
• Patient-oriented 
• Great interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Highly organized
