Job Description

Title: HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CHRO and HR Director to implement company-wide HR strategies aligned with growth goals and cultural values.
  • Support the development and enforcement of policies and procedures that adapt to the evolving needs of a national workforce.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR concerns, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and benefits Q&A.
  • Provide guidance to HR Specialists and field managers on employee relations, compliance, and performance management matters.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and support local hiring initiatives as needed.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and performance through oversight of appraisals and employee development programs.
  • Monitor and report HR metrics and trends to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws across assigned regions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity while resolving sensitive HR matters with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within healthcare, multi-site organizations, or high-growth companies.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices across multiple states.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and maintain strong follow-through.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a passion for employee development.
  • Project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
