Job Description
- Will oversee Jeffersonville and Kokomo medical staff.
- May need to travel monthly to Kokomo location -3 hours north of Jeffersonville. Kokomo is 1 hour north of Indianapolis.
- There are NO HOMECARE services provided.
- All medical care is provided in the Medical Clinic.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in caring for seniors
- Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population in a long-term care setting preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Board certified in internal medicine or family practice. Board certification granted by the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Family Practice for Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine preferred
- Licensed by the State Medicine Board to practice medicine
