Job Title: Manufacturing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as an Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, handling equipment, tracking payments and invoices, and shipping samples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Utilize the client's software to manage and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Equipment Handling: Pull, clean, and transfer equipment to the clean room, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
• Payment and Invoice Tracking: Monitor and track payments and invoices, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Sample Shipping: Prepare and ship samples, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping processes is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree, High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is preferred but not required.
