Job Description

Sr. Sales Specialist 

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering tech-enabled solutions to hedge funds and financial services firms. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle—from origination and qualification through contracting and close. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying/nurturing new business opportunities with prospects and existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, consultative selling experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships that drive long-term growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of bundled SaaS and service solutions, with a focus on buy-side credit firms (CLOs, private credit, bank loans, high-yield).

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by focusing on high-quality, strategically aligned opportunities.

• Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery and demos to pricing, contracting, and closing.

• Conduct thorough discovery to assess client needs, infrastructure, and current providers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define scope, pricing, and implementation plans for qualified opportunities.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services, with a proven track record of full-cycle deal execution.

• Proficient in CRM tools 

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to travel up to 50%. Hybrid work model (2–3 days in-office) if near a firm location; otherwise, fully remote.
