Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an Investment Due Diligence Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of potential investments, analyzing various asset classes, and providing insights to support informed investment decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments, including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and other asset classes.
  • Analyze financial statements, investment performance, and market trends to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate potential deals and develop investment theses.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and risk assessments for senior management and investment committees.
  • Monitor existing investments, tracking performance and conducting periodic reviews to ensure alignment with investment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that could impact investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external managers, Professionals, and industry experts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment analysis, due diligence, or a related field within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of various asset classes and investment strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
