Job Description

Commercial Real Estate located in Downtown Manhattan seeks a temporary Executive Assistant. This is a great opportunity to support a top real estate team, with potential to become permanent. 

Onsite Monday-Friday, hours 8.30am-5.30pm

Pay $40-50/hr

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-level administrative support for executives and team. 
  • Handle complex, changing calendars, scheduling in-person and virtual meetings, book physical conference rooms, and set up virtual meeting rooms 
  • Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, book car services & hotels, manage visas and Covid requirements for travel 
  • Prepare meeting materials in advance, ship marketing materials ahead of time for meetings 
  • Take meeting minutes as requested 
  • Create and edit documents, reports, presentations, and marketing files as needed 
  • Support other assistants and executives as needed 

 

Requirements:  

 

  • BA degree preferred 
  • 3-5 years of a high paced administrative experience with real estate/finance/legal
  • Must maintain confidentiality, have exceptional organizational skills, be a team player and take initiative 
  • Willing to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
