VP/SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and overseeing forecast projection models for both public and private funds
- Responsible for analyzing and assessing various debt capital opportunities
- Responsible for assisting in various debt and equity capital raising including corporate revolvers, asset-based financing, unsecured notes, equity issuances, and others
- Oversee various automation projects related to debt facilities and forecast projection models
- Prepare presentations and other data requests for lenders and rating agencies
- Manage various ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Degree preferred
- CPA, CFA license a plus, but not required
- Preferably 5- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Finance and financial services background a plus
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI and other financial planning applications a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and competing demands
- A hands-on approach and ability to synthesize business operation needs
- A solutions-oriented, self-starter and ability to see the big picture
- An analytical mind and a passion/interest in bringing new ideas to increase the efficiency of existing processes
- Good judgment in terms of escalating issues vs. solving problems independently
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills
