Job Description

A financial services firm based in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in finance or technology, with an emphasis on campus recruitment.

Full Onsite

Hours: 8:30-5:30

Salary: $130-160k + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies for campus recruitment.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-potential candidates, fostering genuine connections and understanding motivations and career aspirations.
  • Source potential candidates through research, pipelining students for various openings across engineering and operations.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Oversee offer negotiations and intern program management, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and finance to proactively adapt and improve campus recruitment strategies.
  • Represent the firm at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of campus recruiting experience out of a top firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent analytical skill with exceptional follow-through.
