Pay $22-25/hr
Onsite Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Job Duties:
- Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Order more office supplies when necessary and manage inventory
- Receive deliveries and sort incoming mail
- Keep records of all visitors and requests
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Qualifications:
- BA degree and 1+ years of office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time-management skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent telephone skills
