Job Description
A company in White Plains, NY is seeking a temporary administrative assistant to assist during their benefits open enrollment period. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable with basic data entry and administrative tasks.
Pay rate: $17/hour
Hours: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, full-time)
Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days/week
Duration: May 5 through the end of June
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Make outbound phone calls to support the benefits enrollment process
- Assist in preparing and organizing mailings and related administrative materials
- Support the benefits team with general office duties as needed
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations during enrollment
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with employee benefits is a plus, though not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable making phone calls and performing repetitive tasks
