Job Description

A creative agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Studio Manager to help support day-to-day operations in their growing office. This is a newly created role ideal for someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of physical workspace logistics and facilities management.

Compensation: $75,000 annually

Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Schedule: Fully onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily upkeep of the office, including meeting rooms, common areas, and storage spaces
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors, building staff, and service providers (e.g., maintenance, plumbing, valet, night crew)
  • Identify and facilitate necessary repairs and installations across the workspace
  • Assist with room setups for internal meetings and client visits
  • Monitor and maintain organization of storage and supply areas, including managing deliveries and inventory
  • Ensure facilities-related invoices are processed, reconciled, and confirmed for payment
  • Act as a point of contact for office needs and provide general support to various teams, including Production, Finance, and Admin
  • Step in to ensure front desk coverage when needed, though not responsible for direct reception management
  • Serve as a liaison between LA office and broader operations team across locations
  • Must be comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting boxes (up to 40 lbs), reorganizing spaces, or assisting with moving furniture or supplies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office or facilities coordination, ideally in a creative, production, or fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle hands-on physical tasks regularly
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with remote managers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and office logistics a plus
