Job Description

A cultural institution in New York City is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the development and execution of sponsorships and corporate memberships for its public programs and events in New York and Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in fundraising and relationship-building who is excited to work at the intersection of culture, community, and corporate engagement.

Salary Range: $75K – $85K

Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Support the cultivation and management of corporate sponsors for events, exhibitions, and community programs
  • Help develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and customized partnership packages
  • Assist with outreach to prospective sponsors and maintain regular communication with existing partners
  • Track and manage corporate membership renewals and fulfillment of partnership benefits
  • Coordinate with internal teams on event logistics, branding, and deliverables related to sponsorships
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, contracts, and activity in development databases
  • Attend programs and events to engage with partners and represent the organization externally

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, sponsorship, partnerships, or development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and personable demeanor
  • Strong writing skills, including experience preparing proposals or pitch materials
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Interest in the arts, culture, or nonprofit work preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or donor management tools
