Project Manager – Healthcare Engineering Department

What You'll Do:

  • Lead diverse engineering and facility improvement projects, including large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA).
  • CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Work Environment:

  • Operate within a hospital/healthcare environment, balancing office duties with on-site project oversight.
  • Be prepared for occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate critical project timelines.
  • Ability to navigate construction sites, wear required PPE, and engage in physical tasks
