What You'll Do:
- Lead diverse engineering and facility improvement projects, including large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations effectively.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, NFPA).
- CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Work Environment:
- Operate within a hospital/healthcare environment, balancing office duties with on-site project oversight.
- Be prepared for occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate critical project timelines.
- Ability to navigate construction sites, wear required PPE, and engage in physical tasks
