Enrollment Associate/Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to patients referred by health plans to explain services and schedule clinical appointments
  • Deliver clear, compassionate communication to educate patients and establish trust
  • Guide individuals through eligibility verification and intake processes with attention to sensitivity and detail
  • Address objections and questions in a supportive, service-oriented manner
  • Meet daily productivity goals, including appointment scheduling quotas (“wins”)
  • Maintain detailed notes and call outcomes in internal CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff to care providers
  • Support broader engagement campaigns with follow-up calls and documentation
  • Participate in structured training sessions and apply learnings to ongoing outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare-related call center, enrollment, patient access, or insurance outreach
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with empathy
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and comfort managing call activity metrics
  • Previous experience supporting vulnerable populations or navigating healthcare services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work (minimum: 3.8 Mbps download / 3.0 Mbps upload, latency under 60 ms)
