Experienced labor and delivery leader needed to direct comprehensive women's healthcare services at a premier Orange County medical center. This executive position oversees Labor and Delivery, Couplet Care, Women's Health services, and a Community Level NICU. You'll drive clinical excellence while managing operations, budgets, and program development in a competitive healthcare market.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and operations for Labor & Delivery and maternal-infant service lines
• Direct clinical practice and staff development across perinatal units
• Implement evidence-based protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee NICU operations, transport program, and high-risk infant follow-up
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and California Children's Services
• Collaborate with medical staff on service integration and patient care standards
• Participate in regional perinatal quality collaboratives and outcome reporting
