Join a growing medical group specializing in Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management procedures across multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in Southern California. With five established locations and a sixth opening soon in San Luis Obispo, this team is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee nursing operations across the ASCs while maintaining an active role in clinical staffing. This hands-on leadership position offers a blend of management responsibilities and direct patient care with a 50/50 split between administrative duties and clinical work.

Primary Locations

• West Hills (Two Operating Rooms)
• Westlake Village
• Beverly Hills (1 day per week)
• Bakersfield (2 days spine, 2 days pain procedures per month)
• San Luis Obispo (Opening soon – primarily orthopedic focused)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple ASCs
• Participate in direct patient care approximately 50% of time
• Conduct staff training and competency assessments at all locations
• Assist with recruitment, orientation, and development of nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with TJC standards and other applicable regulations
• Support preparation for the new San Luis Obispo facility
• Travel to different locations as needed (primarily Beverly Hills and Bakersfield once weekly)

RN Manager preferred experience

• Current RN license in California
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience
• At least 3 years of management experience preferred
• Strong experience in orthopedic and spine surgical care
• Experience with pain management procedures preferred but can be taught
• Knowledge of TJC accreditation standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel to various locations throughout Southern California

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred but not required)
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center settings
• Familiarity with AAAHC or AAAASF accreditation standards
• Experience with total joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and spinal surgeries
