Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction of cannabis cultivation, processing, and dispensary facilities across the United States. This role requires a professional with strong construction management skills, familiarity with highly regulated industries, and a keen understanding of project delivery from pre-construction through close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate architectural and engineering teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, adjusting as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress, safety, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communication among clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
  • Support the permitting and licensing process in various jurisdictions.
  • Report project status to leadership and clients regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management; experience in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design-build and construction management delivery models.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
