Job Description
Title: Sourcer
Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for clinical and nursing roles through various platforms and creative outreach methods
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screens, assessing candidate fit and interest
- Schedule candidate interviews with internal recruiters or hiring managers as needed
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activity and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet weekly sourcing targets (goal of 20–25 screens per week)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement tactics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Proven success identifying and screening candidates for Registered Nurse or similar clinical roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven recruiting environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Must be available to work Eastern Time hours
