Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing actionable financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving business performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including ROI, margin analysis, and pricing evaluations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis with clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial reviews to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a global consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or another large ERP system is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed, and international business environment.
