Job Description
Title: Campus Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization at in-person university events, career fairs, and tabling sessions throughout Queens and Long Island
- Source prospective candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and other platforms
- Conduct screening interviews and assist with offer communication
- Collaborate with recruiting coordinators for interview scheduling and logistics
- Track and engage with talent through Greenhouse, Gem, and internal systems (prior experience preferred but not required)
- Support key recruitment initiatives as directed by the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment, admissions, or early-career talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
- Polished, upbeat, and highly organized self-starter
- Comfortable traveling regularly to university campuses within the NYC area
- Experience sourcing through online platforms (LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or Gem is a plus, but not required
